We are happy to announce that we have decided to re-energize the Springboard programme with some key modifications.
First, we introduced screening session before formal enrollment into springboard programme. This session allows us to evaluate the quality level of springboard at entry level, activate the member base and unlock the coaching resources. Secondly, we will introduce the wider- based coaching system. Having extended coaching system with 5 external coaches in place we can provide springboard programme to at least 15 growth companies annually. This would be a significant volume increase allowing us leverage the network resources and catalyze the development of growth companies.
On January 29, we started out with a first screening session. Companies Primefish Solutions, Taxipal, Ichthyotherapy and Veloelektron, Teooria.ee and Papatouch made their pitches to the screening panel of 9 experienced business people. Panel evaluated the pitches, gave first-hand feedback and comments to the presenters and identified the coaching needs.
As a result of the session Panel advised to admit Primefish Solutions, Taxipal, Ichthyotherapy and Veloelektron to the programme with Taxipal standing out with highest marks.
First ever screening session proved to be a move in the right direction and we will continue with the model with next screening session scheduled in April.
Coaching system is another cornerstone of modifications: we will continue with matching of coaches and entrepreneurs, providing templates for effective coaching and securing quality assurance of coaching.
