We are very excited to have Cumulus 164 to participate in our Springboard programme. Cumulus 164 is a new concept of small-craft, multifunctional and easyly developed. Cumulus can be used as a gliding up to 50 hp motor boat, easy to handle sailboat , or comfortable rowboat. In every step its creators have thought of functionality and safety to make boating possible for everybody.
